Matthews Buses Dominates Award Ceremonies At Thomas Dealer Meeting

Matthews Buses’ personnel were on stage receiving awards all evening at the Presidents Club Banquet during the recent Thomas Dealer Meeting in Kissimmee, FL on Saturday April 21, 2018.

Roger Harrod, Matthews’ trainer extraordinaire, was a finalist for Northeast Regional Trainer of the Year, having attained Platinum STAR status for training excellence in 2017.

Thirty-one year veteran John Mistretta reached the second level Eagles Nest perch in the Thomas Wings of Eagles program. John was one of only 38 sales pros nationally to be honored in this prestigious program.

Matthews Buses was recognized for its longevity as a Thomas distributor with a 50 Years Service Award while also receiving the coveted Platinum President’s Award for superior performance in Parts, Sales and Service. The formal presentation of Matthews’ recently attained Platinum Support designation also took place at the meeting.

Matthews Buses is the longest tenured Thomas Built Buses distributor in the state of New York and maintains the longest continuous relationship with one bus manufacturer among all distributors of all makes in the state.
