Matthews Buses is open for business… With the rapid spread of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19), our number one priority is the health and safety of our Employees and Customers. Our facilities are 100 percent operational as we are deemed an essential business by the state of New York. Please know that we have instituted the Governor’s guidelines for safely conducting business during these difficult times. Our plan is to ensure we can maintain our previous service level to support the critical jobs of maintaining the school bus fleets throughout the state, while ensuring the health and safety of all that interact with our facilities. We are maintaining social distancing, washing our hands regularly, have hand sanitizer available for all as well as a limited supply of gloves and facemasks. We also have a sanitizing solution which we are using on all incoming and outgoing packages. Our Salesman and CSR’s are working from home but are available for visits if required and they will follow the school’s protocol if informed. We are closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and are following the recommendations of global and local public health authorities in all locations in which we operate.
